1.- Legal notice of Global Uniforms, S.L. 

1.1.- Owner of the website 

In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, it is reported that the owner of the website “www.globaluniforms.es", is the company with corporate name GLOBAL UNIFORMS, S.L. (hereinafter “GLOBAL”), with registered office at Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz number 13, 28001-Madrid and C.I.F B-85724607.

1.2.- Registration in the commercial register of associations

GLOBAL is registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in Volume 26,806, Folio: 84, Section: 8, Page: M483069, Inscription: 1, which has been established based on the current Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of July 2, which approves the consolidated text of the Capital Companies Law, other concordant regulations in which from time to time they are applicable, as well as by its Bylaws.

1.3.- Purposes and activities

GLOBAL's purposes are: I) The sale and distribution, exclusively or not, of Scrubs in fabric and ultralight shoes for the health sector and/or related activities; II) Sale and distribution of accessories also related to the health sector.

For the exercise and development of its economic activity, GLOBAL uses this website, as well as its physical stores located in central and well-known streets of the city of Barcelona and the capital of Spain, Madrid, as a means of sale, dissemination and acquisition of goods, services and products.

1.4.- Purpose of the website

The main objective of the website is that, through it, communication/contact is established between people (whether natural or legal, hereinafter users) who request information about products and services offered by GLOBAL, as well as their sale online.  

 Likewise, this website will also be the subject of the supply and dissemination of content related to products offered by the entity, contact information, discounts or sales, offers, brands that it distributes exclusively, sales promotions, information about physical stores, advertising in general, as well as general information about the company's activity.  

www.globaluniforms.es reserves the right and may eliminate, modify, rectify or expand its website based on: the evolution of the state of its products and services; the introduction or replacement of new products on the market; the introduction or replacement of new functions; the introduction, modification or replacement of new content, the change of current regulations, company policies regarding sales, returns, offers, discounts, sales, among others.

The services provided on this website owned by GLOBAL can be performed between professionals and legal entities or non-professional individuals and legal entities, so in the latter case article 8 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, will apply.

GLOBAL informs that there are complaint forms available to users in its stores open to the public, and they can also be provided online.

The user may make complaints or contact GLOBAL directly, requesting their complaint form at the establishments themselves or by sending an email to contacto@globaluniforms.es  indicating your name and surname, DNI/NIE or any document that identifies you, the service provided and/or product purchased and stating the reasons for your claim.

2.- Conditions of use

The general conditions of use and privacy policy are legal texts that govern access, as well as the use of GLOBAL's own website by users.

It is the obligation of users to carefully and attentively read the texts cited in the previous paragraph, so that they may be modified over time as the owner of the website reserves the right to modify, rectify or update the texts without prior notice to users. In this way and with the acceptance of the general conditions of use established in this same section, users declare that:

Users and buyers are warned that such rights are protected by current Spanish and international legislation relating to intellectual and industrial property. Likewise, the content of the Web www.globaluniforms.es  It is also considered a computer program, and therefore, all current Spanish and European Community regulations apply to this matter.

The total or partial reproduction of this website, or through a hyperlink, or any of its contents, is completely prohibited without the express written permission of GLOBAL. Reproduction, adaptation, copy, modification, commercialization, public communication or any other action that involves a violation of Spanish and international regulations on intellectual and industrial property is totally prohibited, if not with the prior express written authorization of Global Uniforms.

 

4.- Security

For your greater security in the acquisition of products and/or services GLOBAL uses the payment system by bank transfer. This way, you can be sure that the payment is made safely at all times, avoiding fraud, theft or robbery.

 

5.- Modifications to the general sales conditionsGlobal Uniforms, S.L. reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, delete or add the contents and services provided through it, such as the way in which these appear to be presented or located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the user each time they make a purchase through the page. www.globaluniforms.es. Users who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions must notify them and, from the date on which the new version comes into effect, must use GLOBAL services. In the event that any of the terms of the general conditions are illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void with respect to that clause or condition but not the remaining ones, which will remain in force and have full effects.

Preferably, the relationship will be governed by what is agreed between the parties and, failing that, by the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code and other complementary regulations.
