1.- Terms and conditions of sales. Modifications to the conditions of sale. Product information

Below we present the general terms and conditions of the orders and the entire purchasing process carried out in www.globaluniforms.es.

The website www.globaluniforms.es offers for sale a wide range of original products from the renowned North American brand of Medical Scrubs Cherokee Uniforms, Healing Hands, MedCouture, among others that you can find in the index of the website.

Global Uniforms, S.L. reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, delete or add the contents and services provided through it, such as the way in which these appear to be presented or located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the user each time they make a purchase through the page. www.globaluniforms.es. Users who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions must notify them and, from the date on which the new version comes into effect, must use GLOBAL services. In the event that any of the terms of the general conditions are illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void with respect to that clause or condition but not the remaining ones, which will remain in force and have full effects.

Preferably, the relationship will be governed by what is agreed between the parties and, failing that, by the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code and other complementary regulations.

The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are made based on the information provided by Cherokee Uniforms and other brands. However, the information given about each product, as well as their photographs and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the website of Global Uniforms They are presented for guidance only. However, the product you choose and purchase through the website will be the same as the one displayed or reflected at the time of making the purchase.

 

2.- Formalization of the order and delivery of products

- When you place an order for products from our website www.globaluniforms.es  your purchase is made with Global Uniforms, S.L., with fiscal address at Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz Nº63 CP 28001 Madrid - Spain.

- To purchase the same, and after payment and shipment of the product, the website will request the completion of a form (as well as the creation of an account, this being optional) with personal data, bank details or payment accounts, addresses and others, which will be mandatory for the processing of the same. In the privacy policy section you can find more information about the processing of your personal data.

- By clicking on “I confirm my order” you are formalizing an order for the items that appear in your shopping cart, where you also declare that you fully and unreservedly accept all of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. You must also accept the data protection policy with a positive action (see website privacy policy) to continue processing and purchasing the product.

- We will then send you an email with confirmation. The order is formalized when you receive the order confirmation from us. Please note that orders placed by bank transfer will be sent as soon as we receive payment of the full purchase price as well as any shipping costs. Therefore, we ask you to make a transfer for the purchase price immediately after receiving the order confirmation, and in any case, within 7 calendar days. If the transfer is not received within the aforementioned period, it will be understood that the user withdraws from their request and therefore from the purchase of the product.

- The recorded data constitutes proof of the transactions made between Global Uniforms, S.L. and the members of your database.

- Please note that, on an exceptional basis, there is the possibility that one or some products are not available in our warehouses and therefore the customer will be notified about the situation without undue delay. If the product is not available, we will refund any payment you have made as soon as possible.

- Merchandise shipments are made exclusively to Spain and Portugal within the Peninsular territory. Shipments are not made to destinations outside the Peninsula, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores, Ceuta and Melilla. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid delivery address within the indicated coverage areas. In the event that an order is detected destined for a location not covered by our shipping service, we reserve the right to cancel the order and proceed with a refund of the amount paid.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination address. For any questions about shipping, the customer can contact our customer service before making the purchase.

Deliveries are made within the deadlines expressed in working days, working days will be understood as all days between Monday and Friday, both included, but not holidays or weekends.

 

3.- Prices and shipping costs

- The prices established on the products on the date and time in which the order is placed will be applicable. The prices of our products do not include all taxes and transportation costs, which will be detailed at the end of the purchase. Until full payment of the purchase price is made, the product remains our property and will not be shipped to the buyer.

- The minimum purchase is €1.00 (not including shipping costs, taxes or other costs). Global Uniforms, S.L. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order registration (subject to product availability).

- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for purchases over €100.00 in the Peninsula (Promotion valid only for online purchases and in the months in which that promotion or offer is available).

 

4.- Coupons/Discount vouchers, promotions, others. Exchange of the same

- Discount vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are granted during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time, in order to promote and encourage sales of products offered on the web or in physical establishments.

- Discount vouchers can be redeemed only once in relation to an order, and only within the established period and complying with the conditions established so that they can be redeemed. Please note that a minimum order value may apply to be able to use the discount vouchers.

- The value of the product must be equal to or greater than the value of the discount voucher. If the voucher does not cover the value of the product, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods. The value of the discount vouchers will not be paid in cash nor will it accrue interest. Discount vouchers will not be refunded if all or part of the products are returned.

- Discount vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order processing. There is no possibility for vouchers to be applied retroactively or after payment for the purchased product.

- Discount vouchers cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise provided, multiple discount vouchers cannot be combined.

- If when making the purchase you have used a discount voucher and, as a result of a cancellation on your part, the total value of your order is less than or equal to the value of the discount voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the product you wish to keep.

 

5.- Product availability

Global Uniforms, S.L. will do everything possible to fulfill the wishes of its buyers and the demand for the requested products. In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been confirmed, the buyer will be informed by email of its cancellation or the possibility of making a change. Where applicable, the possibility of returning the total amount paid (including shipping costs, taxes and other expenses) will also be offered, which will be effective depending on the conditions of the bank regarding the return to the customer's account, and in the same way, it will also depend on the payment method used at the time of purchasing the product. These deadlines are again specified in the following "Delivery" clause.

 

6.- Delivery of the product

6.1.- Collection at establishments

For in-store pickup, GLOBAL will confirm the availability of the order in our stores by issuing the email to the buyer confirming said availability.

6.2.- Home deliveries

The products will be sent to the address requested by the buyer. The approximate delivery time is 15 business days. If any unforeseen event arises, the customer will be contacted immediately to offer a solution or a product change. GLOBAL will inform the client of the order's departure from the distribution warehouse by sending an email. Each delivery is considered to have been made after the carrier makes the product available to the buyer, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or if it has obvious signs of deterioration.

Home deliveries are made only to Spain and Portugal on the Peninsula, excluding islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Customer must provide a valid address within the coverage area. If the destination is not covered, the order may be canceled and refunded.

7.- Payments

There are 4 payment methods in our online store:

  • 7.1.- By Bank Transfer: Once the order is confirmed by the buyer, Global Uniforms will send an email with your bank account information so you can make the payment. It is very important to include the buyer's name and order code in the transfer concept in order to quickly identify the payment for the order and proceed with its shipment.
  • 7.2.- Via Paypal: Pay quickly and securely using the payment gateway PayPal, either with your own account or as a guest.
  • 7.3.- By debit/credit card: To improve the shopping experience, we have integrated our virtual POS that allows payments to be processed quickly and securely.
  • 7.4.- Through Bizum: Payment quickly, agile and secure using your mobile phone.

Once we have confirmation that the payment has been made, in any of the indicated forms, we will proceed to send the requested products.

8.- Legal right of return or exchange

If the user decides to return a product, they must go to the returns section in the footer and click on the RETURNS section.

The user has the right to return the order without the need for any justification within a period of 30 days. The return or exchange period will expire 30 days from receipt of the products.

In the event of a return by the user, we will proceed to refund the payments you have made, without any undue delay and, in any case, within 10 business days from the date of receipt and confirmation of the perfect condition of the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Global Uniforms, S.L. reserves the right to reject returns and/or exchanges communicated or sent outside the established deadline, including products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

9.- Refunds

The refund will be made to the same account used for payment. For payments direct debited to an account or advance payments by transfer, the refund will be sent to the same account from which the payment was made, unless the client indicates otherwise, and must provide all the data to proceed with the correct payment, exempting Global Uniforms of any responsibility when an error occurs in the refund as a result of the data provided by the user. If the user pays for the order using PayPal/credit card, the refund will be made to the account associated with your PayPal/credit card account.

Return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product/s. The refund does not include possible shipping costs. Any user who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund. GLOBAL reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products, as well as to ensure that the returned product is in perfect condition and without previous use.

10.- Guarantee of the purchased products

Global Uniforms, S.L., acts as a distributor of multiple brands, who guarantees that the products presented for sale in www.globaluniforms.es  They work correctly and do not have defects or hidden defects that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. Products modified or repaired by the buyer or any other unauthorized person are excluded from the warranty. The guarantee will not apply to apparent defects and conformity defects of the product, for which any claim must be made by the buyer in question within 7 days following delivery of the products. The warranty will not cover products damaged due to improper use.

Global Uniforms will respond to the consumer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the good in accordance with the terms of Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognizes the consumer's right to repair the good, to replace it, to reduce the price and to terminate the contract.

12.- Liability, litigation and applicable law 

GLOBAL will not be considered responsible for non-compliance with the contract concluded in the event of stock out or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular, of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood or fire.

In the event of a dispute, the client will, as a matter of priority, contact Global Uniforms, S.L. to obtain an amicable solution. In the event that an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, which will be the only ones competent in the event of a conflict.

The contractual relationship will be governed by the conditions set forth herein and, in what is not regulated, these general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to it in Spanish territory. Any disagreement that may arise regarding its validity, interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly assigned.
