Please note that embroidered items are personalized and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.

At Global Uniforms, we offer an in-house embroidery service to help your team project a professional corporate image. You can easily customize each item directly on our website by adding your logo, name, and/or specialty before completing your purchase. Alternatively, you can request embroidery through your sales representative.Please note that embroidered orders require additional production time and are typically shipped within 10 days. As these are personalized items, exchanges or returns are not accepted once the order is placed.

If you wish to return one or more items purchased at Global Uniforms, you have 30 days from the delivery date. The products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with all original tags. For your return to be processed correctly, the package must include information that allows us to identify the sender (order number, name, and address). We will not be able to accept returns without this information.

Although the uniform colors may appear similar, the fabric composition varies depending on the brand and collection, which can cause differences in shade. To ensure a scrub and professional appearance, it is best to combine Top and trousers from the same collection.
