The mimum period to request an exchange or return is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Exception: No returns will be accepted for personalized/embroidered items.
In case of an incident, the customer must contact our customer service team via s email devoluciones@globaluniforms.es
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met and the detailed instructions below must be followed:
- To request a return, go to the "Returns" section on our website, enter your order number and email address, and follow the provided instructions.
- Once the request is submitted, you will receive an email with the steps to follow for sending the item
- Once the product has been received at our facilities, its condition will be assessed. If previously unreported damagos is detected, the customer will be informed via email about the resolution of the case.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, that is, unused, unwashed, with all tags *ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT* and in their original intact packaging.
Return Acceptance or Rejection Criteria
Global Uniforms reserves the right to reject a return in the following cases:
- If the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions.
- If the customer has not followed the return process correctly.
In case of rejection, the customer will be notified by email and will be offered the possibility of resending the package to the sender, provided that the customer assumes the corresponding shipping costs

You can return your items free of charge at any of our stores Global Uniforms. The option to return in-store is available for both online purchases and those made in a physical store.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
We only require that the product is unused, with its tags, and in the original packaging.
Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

When you make a return or exchange of an online purchase, you will receive the refund for your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you sent your return via a carrier, we will process it within 72 hours after it is received at our facilities. Please note that, once the return has been processed, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of m 14 days depending on your bank.

The invoice is included inside the package when you receive your order.
If you need a copy, please send an email to administracion@globaluniforms.es indicating your order number and requesting a duplicate invoice.

Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, with their respective tags, and in perfect condition (not damaged or used by the buyer). If you no longer have the original packaging, you may return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed and protected, to avoid loss or damage to the items.

You do not need to write any shipping address on your package. The carrier will have an identification label, which will be placed directly on the package.
Global Uniforms, S.L. reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period, as well as products that are not in the same condition as when they were sent.

Personalizing your scrub at Global Uniforms is very easy:
When selecting your products—scrub tops, fleeces, lab coats, or caps—directly on the product page, you will have the option to add embroidery of your logo, name, or specialty before adding them to the shopping cart. You can upload your logo file, choose the font for the text, and define the thread color you prefer. Likewise, you can indicate whether you want the logo to be reproduced in its original colors or in a single color. For the best result, we recommend selecting a thread that contrasts with the color of the scrub, so that the embroidery is más visible and attractive.
Important:
- Remember to add each embroidery option to the cart from the product page you wish to personalize.
- Embroidered uniforms cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The delivery time for orders with embroidery is extended by an additional 10 to 15 business days.

These are the prices for embroidering your uniforms at Global Uniforms when you make a purchase:
Embroidery rates:
Logo embroidery: €7.50 (VAT included)
Name embroidery: €6.50 (VAT included)
Name + specialty embroidery: €8.60 (VAT included)
Logo + name embroidery: €14.00 (VAT included)
All logos must be adapted to the embroidery system, so they need to be digitized. The digitization fee is paid only once and the amount is €42.00 VAT included.
The embroidery price covers logos and names that do not exceed 8.5cm wide and 6cm high; if these sizes are exceededos, a customized quote will be provided.
The delivery time for orders with embroidery is extended by an additional 10 to 15 business days.

The garments that are usually embroidered are scrub tops, lab coats, caps, fleeces, and jackets. These garments can feature both the facility's logo and the name and specialty of each m doctor, nurse, specialist, or worker at the facility.
Embroidery can be placed on the right chest, left chest, or a sleeve—it's a matter of preference.
You can also embroider in the original color of the logo or in a single thread color; it is always recommended that the color contrasts with the scrub to ensure visibility.

At Global Uniforms we offer free shipping to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands on orders over €100, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Orders under €100 will have a shipping cost of €7.70 (VAT included). In additions, we offer you the option to shop online and collect your order for free in our Madrid and Barcelona stores.
