GLOBAL UNIFORMS, S.L. as Responsible and in charge of the treatment (hereinafter "GLOBAL") informs the users of the website (including here any natural or legal person who interacts through its website, called "www.globaluniforms.es") about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected by browsing, registration, sending a form or email, or contracting services and/or products through its website or, where appropriate, by telephone, which will be treated in a manner lawful, loyal and transparent.
In this sense, GLOBAL guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter “LOPDGDD”), as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation hereinafter “GDPR”).
Purpose, protection and legitimacy with which GLOBAL will process users' personal data.
GLOBAL guarantees the privacy of our users as far as personal data is concerned and, likewise, guarantees that when collecting and storing said data, the necessary technical and organizational measures are adopted to protect the aforementioned data in the safest way and avoid, by any means in our hands, the possibility of theft, theft, theft or misuse of said data. Obtaining user data and their consent.
GLOBAL obtains the personal data of its users in accordance with the provisions of section 1 et seq. above. In this sense, GLOBAL only processes the necessary and mandatory personal data required, which the users themselves communicate voluntarily and directly through the form provided on this website when requesting information about the services and/or products that GLOBAL could offer or when a contract and/or purchase thereof is made.
Regarding the legal basis for obtaining mandatory data, GLOBAL will obtain the consent of its users through the specific boxes in the online forms and through the email provided in the "information" section, through a positive and voluntary action of the user, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the LOPDGDD and 7 of the RGPD.
How to withdraw consent regarding the processing of personal data?

How long is user data kept?
GLOBAL will keep the personal data of its users until they request the deletion or cancellation of the personal data in accordance with the procedure established in the following section “User Rights” or once the established statute of limitations expire, computed from the date on which the provision of the contracted service and/or purchase of the product ends.
Likewise, GLOBAL informs that it complies with the provisions of current regulations regarding the duty to delete personal information that is no longer necessary for the purpose or purposes for which it was collected, blocking it, in order to be able to address possible responsibilities derived from the processing of the data, and only during the legally established statute of limitations of said responsibilities. Once these periods have passed, this information will be definitively deleted using secure methods.

How long will they respond to me? The request that involves the exercise of one or more of the aforementioned rights will be attended to within a maximum period of one month from its receipt, with the exception of those that are particularly complex, which will be attended to within a period of no more than 2 months.
Data processing and transfer to third parties, including international transfers.
Likewise, GLOBAL informs that no data is processed in an automated manner nor is the transfer of data to third parties foreseen. It also informs that it does not transmit personal data to third countries. Exception to the above will be those transfers that, based on current regulations, oblige GLOBAL to provide said data when required by public administrations or courts.
What happens if they refer us Curriculum Vitae (CV)?
In the event that CVs are sent to us through the website, social networks, by email or on paper, physically in the establishments themselves, GLOBAL informs that all data, as well as content established therein, will be treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. In addition, they will be incorporated into a file owned by GLOBAL with the sole purpose of pre-selecting, carrying out the selection process, evaluating and finding out that the candidates presented meet the ideal requirements to join the job that must be filled.
If you do not pass any of the phases of the selection process, the personal data contained therein will automatically be deleted and blocked in accordance with the provisions of the section “How long are user data kept?”
Surveillance
GLOBAL informs that there are internal and external surveillance cameras at its facilities in order to comply with the security operation and to prevent risks that affect the safety and protection of people, premises and heritage assets as well as to report, when necessary, events to the competent authorities or meet their requirements.
Access to the recorded images will only be carried out by GLOBAL and strictly authorized personnel, as well as the security company in charge of maintenance. GLOBAL informs that it has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, theft, theft or theft of the aforementioned images and guarantee the security of the personal data of our users.
